Peter is a qualified FCCA and began his accountancy career in 1986. After 13 years in senior roles in practice, Peter moved to Sinclair Henderson in 1999 as a Financial Accountant. In 2006 Peter was promoted to the Manager of the Closed End Team responsible for Investment Trusts, a job he held for two years before being asked to set up the Capita Off-shore team providing back office support to the Jersey, Guernsey and Gibraltar offices. As part of this role he worked for a short period in Gibraltar and two days per week in Guernsey. After the successful building of the Offshore Team, Peter returned to his role as Manager of the Closed End Team until accepting the position as Head of Fund Accounting in April 2011.

In his role as Head of Fund Accounting at Capita, Peter was responsible for 30 members of staff looking after 45 funds (including 25 Investment Trusts and 10 VCTs) as well as assisting with Business Development and other senior management responsibilities. He designed a number of checklists and procedures, the implementation of which resulted in greater efficiencies and increased productivity across all teams. He has also written a number of thought pieces which have been well received throughout the industry and designed various internal training courses.

Jon is a qualified Chartered Secretary with 20 years experience working as a Company Secretary. Having gained a degree in Business & Finance, in 1989, he joined a firm of Chartered Accountants preparing accounts and undertaking various client audits. Jon then joined an engineering company working as their Company Secretary and later their Finance Director.

Jon joined the Company Secretarial team at Sinclair Henderson in 2001 working on Investment Trusts, VCTs and other companies listed on both the London Main Market, AIM and international clients based in Vietnam, Ukraine and Dublin. During this time Jon gained an MSc in Corporate Governance. In his role as Manager of the Exeter and Dublin teams, Jon provided a fully outsourced service to a number of Investment Trusts and VCTs. He was responsible for the output of the team, acted as a central point of contact for clients and mentored trainees in expanding their technical knowledge and studying for their professional qualifications.
